Employee-Nominated Community Support and Volunteerism
At Prestige, we care about the issues our employees are passionate about. We believe that supporting diverse causes that our employees care for not only strengthens our bond as a team but helps us make a more significant impact on the communities we serve. That’s why our employee-nominated program encourages our staff to choose an organization to support or volunteer for. This ensures that we continually support organizations meaningful to our employees and strengthen our relationships with the community.
Additionally, we do regular volunteer days in which our entire staff takes the day to support the community. We’ve repaired homes, cooked meals, and even prepared school supplies for kids.

We’re By Your Side Even in the Case of a Disaster
Disasters can strike at any moment, and when they do, they can devastate entire communities. At Prestige, we believe it’s our responsibility to support our communities in times of crisis, and we’re committed to being there when our communities need us most.
In 2017, Hurricanes Irma and Maria struck the Gulf, leaving thousands of people without power, shelter, or basic necessities. We stepped in to help gather supplies and resources so that affected areas could begin the process of recovery. We worked with local organizations to collect donations, and our team helped distribute supplies to those in need.

We are so very grateful and appreciative for all of the support from Prestige Maintenance’s team. They did such an amazing job of painting and cleaning all of our living areas. With a very limited maintenance staff, their kind gesture made it possible for us to help keep the “House That Love Built” looking beautiful for our guest families who stay here! With the continued support of volunteers like you and your organization within our community, we can continue to fulfill the mission that this House stands for.
