Alex and Marie Dinverno

Founders

Our pioneering and heart-warming dynamic duo.

After founding PMUSA in 1976 and operating the company for three decades, Marie and Alex Dinverno now serve as advisors to the second-generation ownership and executive team. The couple started out cleaning facilities themselves and grew the company into one with nationwide sales and operations. Now, nearly five decades later, Prestige relies on the same core values Marie and Alex built the company on. These core values have been pillars of success and continue to move the company forward.

Rachel Sanchez

Chief Executive Officer, Managing Partner

Leadership that shines, sincerity that sparkles.

Having witnessed her parents’ tireless work ethic as a child, Rachel relies on her lifetime of industry experience to create and deliver solutions to Prestige’s diverse customer portfolio. Rachel is actively involved within the diverse supplier community and has been recognized for her leadership, inspiration to other women, and active role at the helm of Prestige. She serves on the Women’s Business Council Southwest Board and is the recipient of the 2023, 2019, and 2014 WBE of the Year Award, the 2013 and 2018 Women Working Together Award, and the 2015 WBE Star Award. Rachel enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.

Jason Dinverno

Chief Experience Officer, Managing Partner

Infused with energy, driven by vision.

A kid who grew up cleaning offices! Growing up in the family business, Jason’s experience includes hands-on facility maintenance, team development, client relationships, and operations management. He works with clients to deliver services that provide value, consistency, and a safe building environment. He is actively engaged in the facilities industry and currently sits on the board of the Building Service Contractors Association International. He enjoys continuous learning in the industry and maintains his Certified Building Service (CBSE) Executive designation. Jason enjoys trying new experiences, hiking, and traveling with his family on RV trips.

Otis Scott

VP People Experience

An Inclusive minded person however spontaneous guy.

Otis is someone who gains satisfaction from bringing about improvements in the workplace. With a genuine integrity that is readily recognized, he has established a reputation as an employee advocate who can be trusted and relied on to champion the needs of the employee while serving the best interests of the company. A true business partner that manages human capital resources to leverage and improve while building the company strategy. Otis really enjoys spending time in the kitchen preparing delicious meals for friends and family, and having a good time.

Mary Martin

VP Solutions Experience

A practical innovator with a keen eye for the bottom line.

With more than a decade of experience in supply chain management, strategy implementation, and IT systems integration, Mary brings a diverse skill set to Prestige. Prior to joining our team, Mary oversaw business services and operations for multiple major restaurant chains. A confident self-starter, Mary embodies Prestige’s dedication to delivering outstanding results. Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her family.

We’re always looking for ways to improve our ability to provide you with outstanding cleaning solutions. That’s why we take client feedback very seriously, using it to identify and remediate shortcomings within our cleaning processes. We’re also committed to providing ongoing training and development for all our staff, from front-line custodians to field managers. What’s more, our field managers are industry-certified through the Building Service Contractor Association International (BSCAI). Certifications include BSCAI Registered Building Service Managers (RBSM), Certified Site Supervisor (CSS), and Certified Building Services Executives (CBSE).
